Carnaval - I'm confused...where are my buildings?

I'm confused about the carnaval event. I keep winning improvements to various carnaval buildings, but how do I get the buildings in the first place? I can't improve buildings that I don't have. Where are they all and how do I get them?

Hola te recuerdo que este servidor es Español por lo tanto no puedes abrir un hilo en ingles para eso esta el servidor ingles y ,bien te recuerdo que publicar un hilo en idioma no Oficial es razón de sanción , te recomiendo que leas las reglas del foro antes de incumplirlas, Cierro y archivo tema por incumplir las normas del foro
